UWP followup with Scott: Fundraising Opportunity: ReFUND CO When Coloradans file their state income taxes this year, they will have the opportunity to donate some or all of their refund to an eligible nonprofit of their choice which makes ReFUND CO a helpful fundraising tool. Last year, the state issued over $1 billion in refunds to 1.9 million households. To be able to use this tool, you must be a nonprofit that has registered under the Colorado Charitable Solicitations Act (CCSA) for at least 5 years and be current in your registration as of Sept. 1, 2019.
