Wano is a Montrose resident, serving as the West Slope Sector Convener for Colorado Workforce. Wano is a professional environmental science specialist with 30 years of airshed and watershed experience throughout our Rocky Mountain region, from Steamboat Springs to Durango and in between.
Wano is a graduate of the Regional Institute of Health & Environmental Leadership, former president of the Colorado Directors of Environmental Health, former board member for Montana Audubon, two-time Peace Corps volunteer (Congo & Niger), and Associate Peace Corps Director, Mali, West Africa.
